The bill (Reg. No. 2029) suggests amending the procedure of filing a registration statement for voluntary VAT tax payer registration and applying for the simplified taxation system.
The Committee members stressed that adoption of the abovementioned amendments requires bringing in line provisions of the Regulations on registration of VAT tax payers (approved by the Decree of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of 07.11.2011 No. 1394) and the Procedure for application for the simplified tax system (approved by the Decree of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of 20.12.2011 No. 1675). Thus, the bill should be supplemented with the provision in regard to bringing in line regulatory and legal acts of and by the Cabinet of Ministers.
